  • We recommend submitting requests at least 24-48 hours in advance. However, we understand that plans change and will do our best to accommodate same-day and last-minute requests based on availability.

  • Yes. Same day appointments may be available based on artist availability. Submit your request, and a Beautify concierge will review options and confirm availability as quickly as possible.

  • Yes. Beautify coordinates beauty services for bridal parties, group bookings, and special events. We work closely with hosts, planners, and venues to ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

  • Beautify offers professional hair, makeup, and nail services delivered directly to your hotel, private residence or event l. cation. Service availability may vary by market. Nail services are currently available in select locations only.

  • Travel is included within our standard service areas. If additional travel, parking, or special accommodations are required, any applicable fees will be communicated in advance.

  • Yes. Beautify provides on-location beauty services for photoshoots, corporate events, galas, weddings, media appearances, and other special occasions.

Select dates, including peak seasons, special events, and holidays, are subject to Beautify’s Peak, Event, Holiday & Cancellation (PEHC) Policy. Due to increased demand and advanced coordination during these periods, pricing may vary and appointments are non-refundable once once confirmed. Full policy details are provided at booking.
